your ADHD brain
Welcome to ADHD Coaching
Are you a late-diagnosed adult with ADHD?
There are many midlife adults with ADHD who appear to have it all together. It’s part of the reason we’ve lived so long without getting diagnosed.
But behind the scenes, life feels chaotic or we’re on the verge of burnout.
We pay for our success in one domain in other areas of our life:
- The career high-flyer hasn’t the energy to pursue her personal goals.
- The perfectionist parent feels frustrated by their lack of progress at work.
- The all round ‘winner’ lives in a permanent state of exhaustion.
You might be
- fighting procrastination and overwhelm, no matter what you try
- overcommitting and under-delivering
- burnt out trying to meet expectations
- on a performance review at work
- gonna quit before they see how much you’re struggling
- doubting your diagnosis, while feeling like your symptoms are getting worse
The problem
I understand what’s confronting you.
But they never seem to stick.
With the added responsibilities and challenges that come with middle age, life is feeling harder than ever.
You thought understanding about ADHD would make things easier. But turns out there’s no one-size-fits-all manual for operating your unique ADHD brain.
Despite everything you’ve learned, you’re still failing to thrive.
You need to find a way to work with your brain and within your limits.
You’re curious about ADHD coaching – but worry it’s gonna be someone telling you to do things you know won’t work.
You’ve already done so much
- You’ve binged whole seasons of ADHD podcasts
- You’ve read all the self-help books (well, you’ve started lots of them anyway)
- You’ve dug deep into your past to find proof of your disability
- You’re painfully aware of how much easier things could have been (had you known what you were up against)
- You’ve learned to appreciate what you’ve accomplished, despite your difference
- You’re done comparing yourself to neurotypicals
What is ADHD Coaching?
You need tailored one-to-one support.
ADHD coaching is one-to-one support designed to help ADHD individuals achieve their goals while improving their well-being. As a certified ADHD coach, I blend non-directive coaching, psychosocial education, and narrative healing.
Over a programme of weekly coaching sessions, you’ll learn how to make the most of your interest-led brain. You will develop a habit of noticing and celebrating your strengths, so you can be intentional about how and when you want to use them. You will gain confidence advocating for your needs and cultivate a more positive inner voice and outlook.
What I will do
- Listen deeply
- Seek clarity
- Raise awareness
- Challenge your thinking
- Encourage growth
What I won't do
- Offer or give advice
- Tell you what to do or stuff you already know
- Teach you productivity or organisational skills
- Talk about myself
How it works
You deserve a science-backed toolkit that works.
The Drama Triangle
A model for understanding common but unhelpful responses to conflict.
Situational Variability
Recognises that your individuality, the task, and your environment all impact your performance.
Strength recognition
A key tool in positive psychology is identifying your strengths and using them consistently.
Window of tolerance
A framework for understanding nervous system regulation and what activates or deactivates you.
Interest-led motivation
The neuroscience behind why ADHDers struggle to focus on what’s important over what’s interesting.
A systemic approach
Together, we'll create tangible, sustainable change.
In ADHD coaching we consider how your executive function, emotional regulation, and intersectionality come into play. We explore how your behaviour changes across your family, social, and work environments. Then we look at how all these parts – these systems – work together.
We’ll start to see patterns—for example, how certain emotional states affect your focus. We’ll notice interdependencies—like how high demand helps you activate, but only when you’re well rested.
We’ll discover which blend of inputs, relationships and interactions result in the behaviours and outcomes you desire. This intelligence will give you a choice of levers for you to pull to affect the change you need.
While working with me, you'll:
- Feel validated and understood
- Have your experiences normalised
- Recognise what you’re already doing to support your needs
- Get clear on what goals and environments you need to flourish
- Receive support in grieving for what could have been
The process
By reframing your past, we rewrite your future.

Why not try a month to start?
Most providers‡ recommend a minimum of 12 sessions to get the benefit of ADHD Coaching. I appreciate this can feel like a big commitment. Why not try an initial 4 sessions on the Pay Monthly plan to see if my approach works for you? Then if you’re happy, buy a Full Package which will add up to 18 sessions for £1680.
‡ DWP’s Access to Work assessors often recommend 20 sessions.
My vision
I know you've got this.
By combining professional training with lived experience I am able to offer practical, empathetic support.
I understand what it feels like to constantly fall short of what you know you’re capable of. I know what it takes to keep your cool while managing the daily frustrations of your disability. I have felt the disappointment of following my passion only to bump up against the same old problems with attention and action.
But, with the right support, I know everyone can find their own solutions to their unique problems. This belief comes from my experience as both a coach and a coaching client. It forms the basis of my non-directive coaching approach: I don’t know better than you.
I don’t have all the answers. But I do have an insatiable curiosity about the human condition. And the conviction that each of us is best suited to lead our own way towards more confidence and ease.

Frequently asked questions
When are your coaching hours?
I work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. I usually have a few evening slots available for coaching too, these are currently on Monday and Wednesday (6-9pm).
What if I need to cancel a package or plan?
Coaching requires time and commitment over the medium to long term to see real results. That’s why I offer my best value through packages and monthly plans.
However, I get that sh*t happens. If you need to cancel, I offer pro-rata refunds for unused sessions (after an admin fee, and only once you’ve completed at least three sessions from your package or first month).
Does it matter if I don't have a formal diagnosis?
Not at all! ADHD coaching can help you get the support you need, whether you’re waiting for a formal diagnosis or have self-diagnosed and don’t want—or can’t afford—a diagnosis. If you relate to what I’ve described here and believe my coaching can help, you’re in the right place.
How is ADHD coaching different from life coaching?
Life coaching often focuses on mindset, values, and strengths. ADHD coaching goes deeper, addressing the unique factors (described above) that affect your ability to reach goals. If life coaching hasn’t worked for you in the past, this may be why.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
In therapy, the focus is on looking back: a therapist helps you reinterpret your past, heal old wounds, and recover from trauma, allowing you to feel better in the present. Coaching, on the other hand, is action- and future-oriented. We use insights from the present to shape the decisions and actions you take moving forward.
